The temperature at which a product should be stored is indicated on both the vial and box labels. The appropriate storage temperature is also provided in the product information sheet. For SERO products where long-term storage is advised as refrigerator, the vial or box labels indicate 2 to 8 °C. For SERO products where long-term storage is advised as freezer, the vial or box labels indicate -20 °C. Storage in self-defrosting freezers is NOT recommended.
